Today, the day of the Spring Equinox I am embarking on a new adventure - I am becoming a Daring Cook at the Daring Kitchen site. This is a group of people from all around the world who for a year agree to take up one common cooking assignment every month, complete it and then present what they had done. I am very curious what that will be like and excited because I love cooking and good food, I love trying new things too. So - on I go and I will be sharing my adventures in cooking here as they come.
